Termidor HE spreads much further through the soil than older treatments to create a more even and effective protective zone termites cannot avoid.

Termidor HE binds strongly to organic matter in the soil and, as long as the soil isn't disturbed, stays in place for years. So it's not lust superior protection at the start. It goes on providing the highest level of protection year after year.

Standard treatments have very limited movement through the soil and can be unevenly distributed within the protective zone.

New Termidor HE spreads through the soil to create a deep, invisible, even and unbroken protective zone all termites are affected by.

The increased movement of Termidor HE through the soil means there is much less likely to be any need to drill through tiles, and that treatment won't be compromised by obstacles like underground pipes.

When holes need to be drilled for treatment beneath outdoor or indoor surfaces, the smaller spaces required between standard treatment application sites can result in unsightly disruption and damage.

Termidor HE allows for application sites to be placed in more discreet areas (such as grout lines), which means a thorough treatment can be performed with minimal visual impact and risk of damage.

Conventional Standard treatments require significant trenches to be excavated well below the footing. The trenches are then backfilled with treated soil to form the protective zone. This large scale excavation can lead to significant disruption and damage to landscaped areas.

New Termidor HE is applied in shallower trenches. Advanced polymer technology then allows its active ingredient to spread down and form a protective zone at least as deep as standard treatments provide. This results in a superior treatment with less disruption and damage.

What makes Termidor so effective

The crucial advantage Termidor has over many other products is that it doesn't repel termites.

Termites are able to detect the older chemicals in the soil and stay away from them. That means the termites remain active and unaffected, still exploring the area and potentially looking for ways into your home.

Other standard labels that DO NOT apply to Termidor-:

POISON The chemical is very hazardous to the person using the chemical. It can cause poisoning if it enters a person's body.

DANGEROUS POISON The chemical is extremely hazardous to the person using the chemical. Just a small amount of the chemical can cause poisoning and even death if it enters a person's body. For these poisons there are usually restrictions on the purchase and use that are imposed by state or territory governments such as training and accreditation requirements.

Inspect and Measure

Mostly we provide homeowners with no obligation free quotes, usually for urgent situations we can attend within a few hours of receiving the call.

A free quote usually involves inspecting specific noticeable issues and measuring the perimeter of the home.

When live termites are detected inside the home, or damage found, we'll try to assess whether structural damage is present, and determine the extent of the infestation.
Treatment Proposal

Thorough Inspection

When our treatment proposal is accepted we conduct a thorough inspection. Our thermal imaging equipment use infrared technology for detecting moisture and temperature variances.

Thermal imaging cameras are non-invasive tools that can be used for concealed areas. They simply track changes in temperature and indicate whether an area is warmer or contains moisture.
Dusting Foaming

Termite Activity Identified

Once the areas of termite activity are identified Termidor dusting or foaming is performed.

The unique transfer effect works by being undetectable to termites and allows them to trasnfer to their colony and other colonies (many queens).
Perimeter Treatment

Treat Termite Entry Points

Once termite activity has ceased inside the house, it is time to perform the perimeter treatment, which are designed to prevent access to the house by creating a treated zone around the house.

Termites may be entering inside pipes and footings underground. Where there is concrete great care is taken to drill holes and treat the soil underneath. Holes are sealed to maintain the look and appeal of the home. This is to ensure any termite entry points are treated.
